Aaron Masliansky provides strategic, calm guidance to buyers, sellers, and investors across Chicago and the North Shore. With over 20 years of industry experience and more than 15 years as a licensed broker, he offers deep neighborhood knowledge, disciplined analysis, and a long-term perspective to help clients make informed housing decisions. Holding both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, Aaron’s early career with a Chicago real estate developer gave him practical insight into financing, construction, zoning, and risk management.
